Cancellations

Bookings via Eventbrite - The refund policy is stated on the event page and issued through Eventbrite
Cancellations shall be made via the booking system e.g. Eventbrite, telephone or email.

Weather

Activities are dependent upon weather conditions, when in an outdoor environment.
I may have to cancel or postpone events at short notice in the event of unfavourable weather conditions. These shall include, but not be limited to; high winds, gales, snow and thunder and lightning storms, as forecast by the meteorological office.
Participants will be contacted as soon as practically possible to inform them of such changes or cancellations. Where possible a change of date or activity will be arranged or a refund will be issued.
Suitable clothing for the weather conditions should be worn e.g. sun protection, layers, waterproofs, hat and sturdy walking shoes or boots.

Promotional materials

Photos may be taken and may be used for promotional material or social media channels. You will be informed before the event and asked for your consent. I will always comply if you choose not to have photos taken or used on media channels.

Insurance

I advise that participants check their own insurance regarding personal liabilities and make their own arrangements.

This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated when a change occurs.
